AONEGST ("we", "us") values the confidentiality of your financial operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle business ledger files, customer details, and payment histories collected through the desktop client.
1. Collection of Data
AONEGST is primarily an offline desktop application. All business transactions, product stock databases, and cashier passwords are saved locally on your hardware. We do not collect or monitor your inventory or sales data.
2. Cloud Sync & Backups
If you enable the optional cloud backup, database logs are encrypted locally using AES-256 standard and synced to secure cloud servers hosted in AWS Mumbai. Your backup is strictly private and cannot be read by our staff.
3. Direct Helpline Contacts
When you request call-backs or demos, we store your contact numbers and email details solely to connect you with our product technicians. We do not sell your contact details to third-party marketing services.
